I like dark rum on the rocks. Cruzan Aged Dark is one of my favorites.
Also, beer is awesome. I was in Berlin recently and they have some pretty good ones. I especially liked the Hefeweizen beers.

I think it is probably serious. They look malnourished which to me would indicate they probably aren't the kind of people who would do it for the lulz. Additionally, if it was a fake by them, that would be like making fun of themselves for being ugly. Not sure why someone would do that -- not that self-deprecating humour hasn't been done, but it doesn't make enough sense.
