So much to address here.

For one, Lieutenant means "A person in place of". Therefore to be Lieutenant Uberkaiser you are Uberkaiser in the original Uberkaiser's absence. Therefore, Bragallot is only the Lieutenant Uberkaiser if Piltogg is absent, when or if Piltogg dies Bragallot would become a full Uberkaiser.

Herr Direktor is much like a secretary or administrator of the Third Alliance and is vital to the organization and activity of the Third Alliance and it's Uberkaiser. Much like a Chancellor to a Kaiser.

Zweitekaiser basically amounts to someone who is in charge of protecting the Uberkaiser and purity, a la Himmler and the SS.

The Bavarian Government admits that Kaiser Klaus is the Aryan superman, being of Nordic and German heritage and a noble warrior and commander.

A group of pwnies were ambushed by a group of scavs and massacred. However, this was only a small contingent of penises.

The Briktoid Automata have many pwnie sympathisers or "brwnies" in their ranks. Thus purging the pwnies could cause a civil war in the Briktoid Automata.

As I said before I have too little time at the moment to do anything of sufficient awesome. The instant I do, however, (and after I can place my next bricklink order) the Trattorian empire will launch the greatest genocide campaign the brik-verse has ever witnessed, we will declare total war on the pwnies and will not stop to accept surrender.
