A friend of mine had left his Legos at my house for like over a year. He left them after playing Brikwars at my house one and just never asked for them back. When I moved out a month or so ago, he just told me I could have them. Major swag, as he had quite a few good pieces, and no shortage of minifigs. I spent the weekend assimilating them into the horde, as well as picking out all the Megablocks.

I got 3 ballistae from the LOTR Uruk Hai army sets. Apparently the guy who bought a fuckton of boxes doesn't need siege equipment... well whatevs, paid 10$ for the 3.

Got a Halloween set for the zombie, all 16 collectible minifigs (took three store visits but still, got 2 extra cheerleaders + santa), and the Jay ZX booster (gold chainsaw = good, but you'll see the real reason why I bought this in a few months).
