I think what annoys me most is the hugely oversized avatars and signature content.

Occasionally I go through and modify sigs if they get big enough to irritate me, and then laugh when the owners flip out like I just violated their first amendment rights. But I approve this idea on account of it being genius.

I remember when my floppy penis first showed up, he thought it would be a good idea to have an 800x600 image for a signature. I PMed him to get it removed, and so he just included a link to it.
