don't know how to post pics on this forum, so until someone enlightens me you can check that link for pics on my latest creation. Hope you guys like it, any questions ask away.
Should be great fun in a brikwar, it features 2 size 6 explosive payload launchers that fire size 3 explosives As well as a compliment of 32 rockets and 2 point defense guns size 4 for any unwanted minifigs that need to be vaporized. This is avoided though since blowing up huge quantitys of minifigs at max range of 36" is much more epic. But hey if you get to close you're screwed. But if it doesn't blast them with the point defense system I can always step on them

Take the direct link to the image (you can get this by right-clicking the image and picking 'copy image url') and put [ img ] [ /img ] tags around it, except without the spaces.
That mech is boss, btw. Definitely one of the coolest things I've seen in a while.
Btw, are you by any chance a Frank Zappa fan?

Those hip guns look a little puny for being size 4. Actually it looks like something i would build: not very pretty but pretty effective. You've done a good job.
About Frank Zappa: you can learn a little bit about Rock n' Roll on this forum.

Busted out the tape measure, some fudge was involved, its a 3. The long range artillery is in fact 6 though. I only put the point defence guns on there for blasting minifigs that get too close. And as far as rock an roll and metal, I do more listening to it than studying names and what have you, so my bad. Favorite bands: Mettalica, AC/DC, Alice in Chains, Volbeat, MEGADEATH etc etc...Apollyon wrote:Those hip guns look a little puny for being size 4. For a first time mech build, I must admit, I'm impressed. Does it have any balancing/weight issues?

It is neat and impressive.
But the design reminds me intensely of an armless E.T. or a giant walking pelvis...not trying to be insulting, just saying those are the first two images that came to mind.
