That man is stubby promising us rules in 2010, and the woman is us.

Re: BW 2010 feedback
Btw, will you introduce HP again, like in the 2001 rules?

Nope. Size damage and redshirts have taken the place of hit points.

Re: BW 2010 feedback
Some may think, but I like HP because some vehicles are some-what small but have heavy armor, and it would make sense to have better protection. At least a brief mention as an alternative, like in the 2001 rules some stuff was either , :p, or depending on how good it was.*CRAZYHORSE* wrote:For the better.stubby wrote:Nope. Now read that without the picture.Ham701 wrote:I'd do us.Zupponn wrote:Damn, we're pretty hot!Pwnerade wrote:

I don't know when the image of Benny and Natalya playing nano metabrikwars got added, but that is hilarious.

Plastik Armory: a bunch of weapons and abilities compatible with the 2010 rules.

Any chance I could have that picture of J+B getting kicked into Brikthulu's maw from ZZD on the MOCkeries page?

Re: BW 2010 feedback
In Chapter Three under Desperate Measures, it mentions that grabbing and shoving are automatic hits.
In Chapter Five under Close Combat, it mentions that shoving requires a skill roll.
If a shove is automatic, to what do you compare a parry roll that attempts to deflect the shove?

Re: BW 2010 feedback
I'm doing a rolling revision, chapters 1-3 are complete and I'm currently working on chapter four. So you'll see some discrepancies between 1-3 and everything else. Armored renamed to Shielded, in particular, and the stuff about automatic hits.
When I get around to chapter 5, Shoves are no longer Parried. Instead, there's a new Counter for Resist Shove. Shover and shovee each roll their Size(d6), and the higher roll wins.

Re: BW 2010 feedback
In the grey box about the minifig next to chapter 10.1 it says a minifig structure level is 0 when the 2010 rulebook states it's structure level is 0.5.

Re: BW 2010 feedback
I brought this up earlier. It's because a lot of the '10 rulebook was copy-pasted from the '05 one, and hasn't been edited yet.*CRAZYHORSE* wrote:In the grey box about the minifig next to chapter 10.1 it says a minifig structure level is 0 when the 2010 rulebook states it's structure level is 0.5.
BrikThulhu eats 1d6 minifigs each turn.

Re: BW 2010 feedback
I am hoping to print out the rules. Is there an easy way to do this? For the 2010 ones of course. Formatting it on MS word is painful, to say the least.
Ask now what I'm doing, even for me
