Since we are rebuilding the wiki, I thought we should have another empire census, this time with all the recent happenings and new empires that have cropped up in the last few years.

Basically list your country name, government type, tek level number and short description, number of systems/rough location in the galaxy, allies, enemies, notables characters. Any other important notes about your empire and a flag/picture would be nice. The goal is to have a wiki page for every country on my Allied Nations General Assembly list.

Where do we find what the Tek levels mean?

They were part of the old 2001 rules. I think 3 or 4 was modern, 5 or 6 was standard sci-fi teknology, and 7 was the highest you could get. It really doesn't matter that much in my opinion.
