Re: Starcraft IIb
I have the first game. I just realized recently how under spec I've been running the game. Ram is basically the only problem my machine has. I've had trouble finding out what video I have though.

Just lay the fuck off. At least we don't use some of the most abominable OS systems in recent history.Zupponn wrote:HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! You want to open the Mac up.Silverdream wrote:Okay, so I have 2 512mbs of Ram. To install more ram would I need to open the mac up and how expensive is Ram?
You're a funny guy.
But anyways, this game is totally sweet. At least a 9.5/10. This, and AOE II HD coming out in the same month! So much RTS on my plate right now.

I remember a study where some researchers challenged hackers to hack Windows Vista, Linux, and whatever the Macs used at the time. The Mac one was hacked first after a couple of days. Linux was hacked a few weeks later. They never managed to hack Vista. Odd.samuelzz10 wrote:Just lay the fuck off. strange, because macs never get viruses. And how do you know one of the hackers wasn't better than the others? gimmie a link. (Just PM it to me, I don't want to derail this thread)Zupponn wrote:I remember a study where some researchers challenged hackers to hack Windows Vista, Linux, and whatever the Macs used at the time. I remember this. The guy then offered to tell everyone how to write viruses for macs, and all the hackers in the world joined their voices together to say "who the fuck would want to?" Nothing worth hacking has ever been stored on macs.samuelzz10 wrote:strange, because macs never get viruses. And how do you know one of the hackers wasn't better than the others? gimmie a link. I don't like the programming philosophy behind the various iterations of Windows OS. There's a lot of legacy code floating around and other things that make it hard to develop for at times. Allow someone smarter than me to explain this to you.

I have a mac and a pc. I'm upgrading my pc to speed now, but in terms of using in free time the mac is a million times better.Silverdream wrote:a picture that exploits stereotypes that mac and pc users have, and make mac users look bad.

It makes Mac users look good actually. We're the Mike Rayhawks, they're the Asterioses.

no, it makes us look bad because neither of us have had sex unless it's a prostitute, which doesn't count, and only some pc users are like that. (I'm only 14, you're just lonely)Silverdream wrote:It makes Mac users look good actually. We're the Mike Rayhawks, they're the Asterioses.
