Car front rocks.
Second one looks like a water-to-car vehicle.
And the third first picture looks like a microscale spaceship.

The car is awesome. Where did you get all of the olive green parts from? I really like the dragon head too, but I think it could use some teeth.

Thanks, people. Also, feel free to use that car front if you're building a full SUV, because I probably won't be doing that anytime soon.

This set. I wasn't going to get this at all (the lion minifigs are awful, and those giant wheel pieces are just...), but the Lego store near me was out of The Orc Forge, and I needed the olive green cheese by a certain deadline.

I'll see about the teeth, but with the current jaw structure, it's going to be a bit difficult.

I dunno who she is, yet, but she could be Basildon Bond's little sister. I do have enough minifig parts to start a little spy agency in Blighty... MI7 perhaps? (MI7 is not currently in use by the British Secret Service - MI5, MI6, MI8 and MI10 are, though...).

MI7 is used, but most people don't know about it.

Too tacky... Nah I will stick with MI7 and stuff the fact that it is still in use by the British Secret Service. What they gonna do, sue me?

So far I have got Basildon Bond, his little sister Jane Bond, another unnamed spy and M. Yup I think it needs a write up and a couple of photos at my site...

OK, here is a very sekrit snapshot of MI7, Blighty's own Secret Service:

Image

To the left you have Basildon Bond, In the middle you have M, and to the right is Brooke Bond. In the background is another MI7 agent, who shall remain unnamed for now.

Brooke Bond was going to be "Jane Bond", but I thought I would keep with the "Bond" product brand names to keep the joke going. Basildon Bond is a brand of paper, Brook Bond is a brand of tea...

If you're going with brand names, don't forget Gold Bond.

I was looking at the interesting parts that came with the Alien Conquest mothership set, and I discovered a great way to build a tank turret.

ImageImage

These two pieces form a big turntable. I don't know how I didn't notice it immediately, but that hole in the middle is perfect for minifig gunners. Now I really want to build a tank. Just thought I'd point this out for anyone who didn't know about these parts, or just didn't know how to make a good minifig-accessible turret.

I've thought about it but the grey on black seemed incongruous to me at the time. I have found a trans-clear/black one since then, though, so I might try it with that one for my next tank.
