They won't say anything more about it, though. Hopefully they'll have him in custody soon.

It may just be that the terrorist didn't have the resources to hit a major target, and thus went for whatever would get the largest body count. That said, if you don't have the information needed to narrow down the suspect list, the statistical likelihood is that it's a white supremacist or something in a similar vein.
Just one random act of violence can brighten your day. Especially if it involves explosives.
