ST-1 Turret

Post by LegoEggo » Fri Jan 11, 2008 8:33 pm

I built this turret last night. The pictures don't really do it justice, but here they are:
A guy sitting in it...
The side...
And the gallery when public.

It can spin 360 degrees, look up to almost 90, and look down.

Nice, I like the look of it. It's definitely a bonus that it's maneuverable.

The larger size and length would only imply that it has larger shells and a longer range respectively.

The Bismark was "too longto be realistic" but that didn't stop the nazis!

I like it, simple, manuverable, cool looking( the most important factor)
Destruction is bliss.

my only suggestion would be that it'd look exponentially better if the gun barrels were placed a little higher. not sure what this would do to maneuverability, but it'd look cool regardless.

Benny:  Lol. Saw it coming.

Turret: Goddammit! Why is it that the day after I try and fail at making something, somebody makes the exact same thing? That turret is awesome! Instructions please :?:

I think it looks awesome, but it's too low. I don't know, but it looks to be scraping the ground.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

She's right. Put the gun on the top if it, instead of on the front. Or, if you have studs on the front, get rid of the bendable ratchet pieces, and stick the guns on them with the actual holes in them.

I'll post a picture of all the seperate sections of it laid out so you can see how to build it.

Meh, I like the barrels where they are. They look 8) in front.

I would say you have a sick mind, Mike, but I laughed at the same thing, and have no right to make such observations.

That took way longer than it should've for anybody over age 15... But looking forward to taking instructions and modifying them to my heart's desire.

Mike and Benny: Lol, I knew about the double meaning... Thats why I said it! :D
