Syd: “I'll get ready with the troops while you land.”
Nadia was silent. She watched Syd leave the room for the main deck then she headed for the bridge.

“Form the ranks! We are holding this position.”

“Be careful.”

Image
Nadia's Team was on the move.

TURN 9
Image
Nadia: “They haven't seen us..”

Image
Nadia looked at the battlefield.
“There's too many of them and too few of us. It's over.”

Image
“We can't risk the artifact.”

Image
The artifact has been recovered. Mission objective completed.
-End of entry-

Conclusion
Image
Major Natalya: “So you just left them there.”
Nadia: “An aerial intervention was out of the question because of the obelisks and-.”
Natalya interrupts her.
“Yes, of course.. And the Black Bird. What is it?”
Nadia: “The Black Bird was supposed to be the symbol of Noxar power but the project was way too ambitious. It required everything to be redesigned: Engines, landing gears, weaponry,... It was a fantasy from the start. Titan Starship ended up losing a ton of money and the Ship was never build.

Image
Natalya: “One last thing. What was Niav promoted to?”
Nadia looked at the window briefly before answering.
“Captain of the Galaxy..”
Major Natalya: “Well played.”

Image
Natalya:“We're done here. Get back to the Ship.”
The Assyrians left the Galaxy.

Image
Nadia: “ I don't trust her. Get ready to move!”
First Officer: “Captain. We have received a communication from the supervisor. You are to report immediately to Deep Space Management headquarter.”
Nadia: “You look formal..”

Image
Natalya: “Report.”
Officer: “We gained access to their main computer but we will need some time to hack all the data.”
Natalya: “Excellent.”

The end!

:ftw: That's all there really is to say on that matter, this is really well made, has a high production value, and looks amazing. Great work!

I'm a little sad that Flyer-1 didn't get to do more. It just looked so sweet. Alas, poor Flyer-1, we hardly knew thee. You are with the rocket-powered laser-armed death angels now. Farewell...

But in all seriousness, everything was magnificent. I just have a soft spot in my heart for cool spaceships.

Yeah, I don't want to gush or anything but I'm going to go ahead and gush. You had me with An Old Friend. You are masterfully creative with Battle Reports as a whole. Your set design is gorgeous and your attention to detail nothing short of legendary. And your photos are clean and clear. The more I reread, the more I like. I've referenced the other one a few times already when talking about good BRs with people. Just really good stuff, mate. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

I love the detail in the ships, but the background scenery is also nice. You seem to have a special talent for making BURPs and LURPs look like they just blend right in.
