Re: Noxarian APC (Peacekeeper Class)
yeah BrickSyd, your images are no more bring them back please....i beg of you!
Re: Noxarian APC (Peacekeeper Class)
The images should be back now.
As per your requests, more info about the construction of the chassis:
The blue tecnic pin of the front wheel's axis connects under the engine block which itself snaps under the controls.
The frame doesn't require that much parts, which is a good thing.
The holes could be filled but I like the amount of space inside and they're barely visible once the APC is fully assembled anyway.
( * Some briks are missing on the top one * )
The arch pieces give a lot of room for the wheels to move up and down.
Stress tests
The Peacekeeper includes a lot of features to increase playability: Tools, weapon racks, headlights, plenty of room and grips all around, four exits,...
I wanted to build an APC using the wheels of the Lego Earth Defense HQ and honestly I'm very satisfied with the results.
Thanks! It does have similarities but in fact my inspiration came from the Al Fahd:Scratch wrote:This reminds me of a more version of the Shinji from Mass Effect, but it probably handles a lot better. I like it!

Too many people have to sacrifice functionality for looks, but this is a good balance between the two.
This sig is too fucking large: show anyway

Re: Noxarian APC (Peacekeeper Class)
Yeah the back is very simple but I find it so efficient.
This should clear things about the front part.
Like this.
Then the engine connects to the rest of the chassis.
There you see the other end of the single blue tecnic pin used in the assembly.

I did not even know that the bottom of the modified 2x2 brick with pin connects with technic axles. This, this changes everything!
