So, for all the forum battles, are we using the 2005 or 2010 rules? I ask this because on the main page the link goes to the 2005 rules

It varies. Different people use different rules, but I think 2010 is predominant.

I use 2010, with the 20054 rules for MOCS, because the new ones are pretty complex.
