How-To-Build a FEDracer

Post by Dr. X » Tue Nov 11, 2008 10:06 pm

Hey guys, I just made a few quick images of how to make a basic FEDracer. Now you can host your own extremely dangerous and stubby futuristic races!!

Step 1: Build the main frame, engine, and wings. Note: Under the 4-stud SNOT part (the one that holds the wings) are two hinge plates. You can't see it that well in the pic, sorry.

Step 2: Build the cockpit, the behind-the-cockpit-thingy, and attach them. Then you're done!

Of course, this is just the basic one. After making a normal one, you could experiment with making it longer, wider, or even more stubbier.

I think those stats only apply to non-Mexicans.

Cool. <3
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

I'm on the same boat as IV. I'd like to take a shot at this, but I'd have to improvise for the window.

I still prefer the evil one.

Pretty sweet, I think I have one of those cockpits, I'm going to try and make one too. I like your 'Hennmare Lighting' one you have on flickr.

Yes.. that one I made longer. It doesn't fit as well and it's a bit delicate, though.

I think I'm going to make one within the next week. I'm not sure if it will totally based on this method. I do like it, though.

I was wrong, I had a different style cockpit, but I did have it in a solid color, so I made a drone instead.

Is there a targetting computer on board? The cockpit is opaque. You can't see through it.

He said in his post it's a drone.. always read the descriptions next to the pictures of MOCs.

Well, a drone can't see through the cockpit either.

No no, a drone means that there isn't a droid inside, but the ship itself is a droid. Drones have sensors of all types for navigation.
