Brikwars Trailer

Post by Leonardo812 » Tue Jan 15, 2008 9:23 pm

I finally got the time to complete the animation and editing on my stop-motion animation Brikwars trailer. Special thanks to MoronStudios for doing voices for the film. You did a great job.

About the film -
I set this up as a sort of trailer for Brikwars using stop-motion animation. My animation turned out fine, but I felt that the cinematography was somewhat sub-par. Some of my camera angles felt unnatural, and I did not frame very well at all. I did, however, like the torch on the first shot. It took a while to do it, but I think that it was worth it.

And thanks to Blitzen, I now have a Youtube link.

My compressor and effects software created some funky wavy compression issues. I'm trying to deal with that, but I have had no luck yet.

Read the first post. I need someone to upload it.

And yeah, there was no actual fighting. Sorry. Maybe I'll make another one. I knew you would be disappointed.

Bonn-O-tronn - I'm downloading it. There should be sound. Maybe try turning your speakers up. I'll check, though.

EDIT: It's playing fine for me. And with sound. I don't know what's wrong with yours. Hopefully someone can upload a Youtube version soon.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

Really cool, but you should make another one with minifigs from a bunch of different themes (space, pirates, knights, etc.) all fighting. That would be cool. Great job though!
