newb Flickr Question

I got a flickr recently, and want to upload a picture. How do you get the url if you are the member who has the picuture you want to upload here?

1. Click all sizes

2. Choose a reasonable, non-internet-snuggling size

3. right click, and select "Copy Image Location"

4. Paste it between image tags here
