What does one do in such good company?

This is the forum for people who prefer a Dimmy-free conversation. Whether or not you're considered a Dimmy on any given day is entirely up to Blitzen. No whining!

What does one do in such good company?

Postby Warhead » Sun May 24, 2009 1:31 pm

I've read the threads, again. Pored over the words of wisdom of the previous and still current Non-Dimmy scholars and I have even partaken of the heady diversions of the Caption Game. But, just what is expected of one in such esteemed company?

I feel as if I have achieved a life times goal, climbed the peak of High Society. My dear fellows we are as lords to the poor benighted retches that grunt and bombast their way through the threads outside this sanctum. And yet, what do we do? I am bereft of purpose.

I have seen parts. I like the attack on the Army Barracks.

Quite so, I have pulled myself together now with the help of a large glass of Port.

Has anyone seen Che: Part One?

I unfortunately decided to skip over this one but I have heard good things about it. I know very little about this era so perhaps I should class this one for the DVD player.

I've recently been delightfully surprised by the acting talents of dumbfuck Bale. I bought a relatively old movie The Machinist and can't believe the lengths this man went to for the roll. If you haven't seen this film I would recommend it. Oh, and of course his work in Batman Returns was quite acceptable too.

I think you mean Batman Begins.

Woops! Blitzed again. Yes, of course you are quite correct. Still, as far as the old Batman Movies go, Batman Returns was one of the better ones.

Think of all the conversations you've had on the regular forums where a bunch of dimmies came in and made you say "man I wish all these dimmies hadn't come in and trashed this thread." This is where you can have those conversations with impunity, and see if they turn out as well as you imagined they would have.

Before I am removed from this group I would like to say thanks to Blitzen for giving me chance to take part in this group.

Also, Van Helsing was a great movie.

Unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before it's shortened to "Blitz'd" and then misspelled as "Biltzd"

That's the beauty of it. You don't have to say anything. Regardless, sometimes something will come up where it's better off that dimmies and whatnot don't get to post. Then you post it here, and we debate.
