Question (about posts)

By the time I post this, I'll have 1277 posts. But when currently I go on my profile, it says: Magic Soap/ Kind of a Noob/ 1276 posts. Fine. I go into 'find my posts' and I only get 1273 matches. I can only presume some have been deleted, but I thought that lowers your overall post count as well?

It lowers your post count, I've seen whole conversations that are off no us drop off the forums and I've seen my post count dip.
We need graphs to record our post counts, unlike most forums ours would go up and down.

Some threads are so epically bad that instead of deleting them I move them to a hidden forum where only I can read and savor them long after everyone else has forgotten about them. They'll show up in your post count but not in a search.
I do this mainly to keep reminders to myself of the reasons I hate certain people. Otherwise I tend to forget.
