Neat tanks, even if a little on the small side. The second grouping's not bad, but mech-o-man could use some spruce.
As for the photgraphy, I can reccomend two things:
Prop the camera on a shelf or books, or buy a cheap tripod. Right now the pictures are wobbly.
Also, even if your have to go into paint, reduce your images to about 30-40% in size. We'll still be able to see what it is, and it'll look better to boot.
I lied, 3 things:
Consider making a lightbox. That is, a contained area with optimized lighting all around to make your pictures clearer and gaurantee nothing is missed on your model. The simplest way is to take a shoebox, line it with white (or light blue) paper. Place it so there is white for background, ground, and sides. Shine a flourescent light in there and then take a picture (whether or not to use flash depends on how it looks afterwards... I'd recommend flash though).
