Rule 21: Tiny Tank Rannon has all the authority when it comes to what is a tank and what is not. IVHorsman has the second amount of authority, you know when TTR can't be bothered to rate the tank.

I agree with Bonn-o-Tron, TTR doesn't now about much about tanks he is just a fan.
