this wiki http://codegeass.wikia.com/wiki/Holy_Britannian_Empire would probably be more useful, especially the technologies page(http://codegeass.wikia.com/wiki/Technology). a lot of my stuff is based off this series actually.

Silent's last forum battle gave me an idea for a new unit for the Brittanian Empire:
The cybernetic pseudo-borg cricketplayer, codenamed 'the All-Rounder'.
Having acknowledged the steady decline of their Empire, the Brittanian Empire has begun to take counter-measures. Research showed the problem with their forces was that they were relatively thinly spread across the empire and battles often turned against them when the enemy, like Space Knights and Daemons, undead mobs or Talos golems closed to melee.
Several ideas have been proposed to increase starport defence but one came out: to create a unit capable of taking shots for the regular troopers and giving some much-needed melee support. The recruitment pool was easily chosen, the Empire chose something they had an abundance of... cricket players!
The players are given cybernetic implants for better reflexes and greater power, creating deadly melee combatants. The helmet is directly connected to their brains and augments their reflexes, giving them a killer instinct. It is assumed that the Brittannians pulled some strings with trade agreements to have foreign nations help them with this technology. The electrified steel used in their equipment, however, is Brittanian, though of an even tougher kind than the kind usually used. The shields may deflect laser rounds and are given to All-Rounders for this purpose rather than thick armour, for mobility issues. All-Rounders are supposed to be able to close with the enemy quickly, and thus their physical augmentations also allow them to move faster momentarily when necessary.
I haven't got any stats typed out but he gets +2 on his skill roll when trying to parry with the shield, which also stops ranged attacks, and returns damage to the sender on a roll of 5 or 6. Once per game they may move a certain number of inches further than normal (when fe their sprint falls short) to close for melee. Other than that should you ever make one and be writing out stats they just need to be tough in melee

Update...
The Scots Greys, Dragoons.
The Royal Artillery, with some ships ratings along for protection.
Britannian Aeronaught Assault Squad. (Just a snappier name and uniform).
Britannian Riflemen of the line.
The Black Watch, now with added armour (+1 to save) as led by Baron von Pompous, (I was thinking of Germanising these to Jagger or Krieg something since I have Scots Greys now). They have atmospheric/gas masks for fighting in all sorts of environments but it also feeds them combat drugs in a gas form, makes them better fighters and fearless.
The Royal Praetorian Guard and the Britannian Sirens of the Personal Guard. I have 4 more Praetorian's coming and I'm looking out for the union jack shields for the Sirens.
Britannian Royal Engineers, with one of their many toys.
Britannian High Command. In this instance: Flag Admiral, Lady Elizabeth Halifax Northbrook and her personal companion/bodyguard Sir Allan Quartermain and her Advisor Lady Amelia Lytton.
