Scythe has been re-united with his most favourite tipple upon this very earth - his Beloved Moniack castle winerys MEAD!

The chaos and destruction this may cause will not even be applicable to your puny human scales of destruction, however - this does raise a question (or three!) - for those of whom who are old enough to enjoy a tipple (or three) what be yee poison of choice?

(Note - for those not old enough for alchohol, you may post a soft drink or other drink, just expect to loose plentiful man points, and I may call you all "Wee Jessies!" for the rest of the day until my inevitable hangover!)

Unicum. Hungarian, made from herbs, VERY bitter taste, best served ice cold. Kinda like Jägermeister if you need a reference.

I am not much into stronger spirits although i have been know to sip one or two Long Island Ice Teas or some Wodka/Energy Drink mix.

My preference lies with good old german beer. Why german? Because we brew it following the purity requirements: water, barley and hops is all a good drink needs.

I don't drink alcohol, but I do drink copius amounts of energy drinks.

Island Malt Whiskey like Talisker or any of the others, I'm no snob. And beer, lots of beer, not just lager but Heavy or Stout too. I can't say I've ever had the chance to sample Mead. While I agree that German beer is renowned I would like to say how much I enjoyed the Micro Brewery beers in Colorado too and some of the Belgium Beers and best of all DeKonig, no idea where that's from but they wont serve it in a pint here but it tastes soo goood. And then when I want a break from beer there's always Dark Rum and Green Jinger or Drambuie, sort of like Southern Comfort and I like Jack Daniels too, oh and lets not forget Mad Dog 2020. But of a quite evening pre-dinner or in the after glow of a summers night in the garden I've seen myself make Pimms or Long Vodkas which are rather refreshing. Yup, that's mainly most of my favourites.

I like whiskey from time to time, but I also enjoy my beers,
especially Belgian ones, like Maredsous, La Choufe and De Koninck.
sometimes I also like vodka, baileys and the occasional rum.
mead is also something I greatly enjoy, too bad I can't find it anywhere near me.

I wasn't much into beer until recently when I discovered Corona. I also discovered that beer gets a lot better when you've shoveled snow for two hours.
