One of his soldiers seized an opportunity and immediately went for the mounted sniper rifle. FIRST BLOOD
His medic and demo bravely dove for cover. One of his troopers was fortunate enough to find a dune buggy with the keys in the ignition. Another went to investigate Blitzen's base.
This trooper just narrowly misses his mark. Meanwhile "NecroBenny" discovers a missile turret. Too bad he doesn't have the remote control!
MoronStudios sends a raiding party toward OneEye's base, while his assault rifle marksman stay back to stand guard. In the background, his medic opens up a chest and pulls out an antique pistol and pair of binoculars.
Back on the other side, IVHorseman sends his hero "Fredrick Nietzsche" up the mysterious ladder to discover the accuracy of the "Gold Mine" sign. Like a true hero, he sends a grunt up first. Down below, a trooper cautiously makes his way into the tunnel, while the Demo gazes misty-eyed at the size of the pirate cannon.
He abandons his gun.
And successfully pries the cannon from it's mount! The stunned medic has no idea how to actually use a gun of that size, so he grasps it like a club.
This Demolition Expert has never been happier.
His other troops decide that it's finally time to get in the battle. One shot misses but the other shot barely finds it's mark, bringing another of pesgores' troops down.
But pesgores is out for some revenge! One of his troops makes a mad dash for the nearby gattling turret.
Another trooper runs to the aid of his fallen comrade, arriving a little too late. He screams as he fires back at IV's soldiers, but is not lucky enough to score a hit. Even on IV's medic who seems to have more balls than brains at this point as he charges pesgores' base with his gun-club.
More unlucky rolls as his medic fails to revive a fallen teammate while his hero provides covering fire.
Thanks to the gattling turret, though, his luck finally starts to turn around. After firing a line across jifel's troops (behind cover), he scores a big hit, and rolls 2 crit successes, demolishing one of jifel's unlucky soldiers.
Blitzen goes next, and one of her soldiers finds a barrel of swords near the base. He eagerly returns with his prize, while another scrambles up the mountain to capture some high ground.
While this is happening, a shock team is sent in to ruin jifel's day.
One troop missed the welcoming party jifel sent out, while the dune buggy trooper barely made it out in one piece. Jifel's soldier thinks he can step to Blitzen's hero, "Bizarro Samus".
He thought wrong... Dead wrong...
OneEye's men hear something big coming through the tunnel. They take cover behind the tunnel walls.
Meanwhile, his attack force finds what appears to be an old flume. They eagerly climb up.
They discover an ancient skeleton wearing a pharoah mask! What could this mean?
Send in your next set of orders! As for me, I have a pool party to go to...
