The repaired sleigh lifts off with the elves on board.
It moves forward to give the elves a better line of sight, and they open fire on the Aliens, killing Lord Xenu and the Beserker.
Rudolph lands safely in the Black Hat fort.
End Santa's Elves Turn
He climbs up through the house, passing the second level.
On the third floor, he drops his gun and briefly contemplates grabbing the sniper rifle, then goes for the turret instead.
He opens fire...
... killing one clone.
End Zombie Lincoln's Turn
The alien saucer turns to attack the black hat fighter, but misses.
The bazooka trooper fires at Santa's sleigh but does no damage.
Staying in place, the sniper droid lines up a shot at Santa...
... and, by the barest of margins, depletes both his wounds to score a kill. Both accuracy and damage rolls were the absolute minimum they needed to be.
End Aliens' Turn
The fighter moves forward to attack one of the fort's gun turrets, but misses.
Taking a risky extra brick of height, he swings over the fort to fire his minigun, killing one of the Black Hat troops.
The hero and one trooper grab the jet bike from the roof and go off in search of more loot.
They head towards the town square buildings and get off...
But not before the Hero uses his stupendous feat to aim the jetbike at the Bohrok!
It doesn't work out quite like he hoped it would.
Nothing of note on the top level...
... but the next one down has a bazooka and a silenced pistol. Not bad.
Meanwhile, the bounty hunters exploring the first building discover the Shotgun Rockets! This weapon acts like a 4-shot multi-launch mk.I rocket pod on a vehicle, but can be reloaded with an Action.
The next level down, though, contains just a jetpack and a suit of body armor. The two most useless items in the game for these guys.
End Bounty Hunters' Turn
The catapult cart draws up next to the fuel tank.
"Artifact of Satan! We shall purify thee by fire! Now, back to the fort!"
"...um, as soon as we get turned around..."
Again, the Black Knight calls the wizard (these are all Stupendous Feats)
This time, the Wizard's spell reduces the movement of every unit within 12" of the cart by half. This means the Saucer, the Black Hats' jet, the two Bounty Hunters by the town square, and some of the Black Hat troops on the fort.
End Knights' Turn
The robots target their human oppressors and advance. Since the elves are out of range, the nearest human oppressors are the Black Hat troops. They let loose a massive barrage...
...killing two troops on the fort wall and destroying a turret...
...not to mention downing the Black Hat hovercraft.
End Robot Uprising Turn
The clone troops and tank back up, searching for cover. The tank tries to kill the hovercraft's pilot with its minigun, but fails.
End Clones' Turn
Their fighter fires on the sleigh, and misses.
Then it moves forward (it's an airplane, it has to keep moving)
Irony Man calls down a rifleman from his reinforcements, and all ground troops attack the Dimmies. Thanks to bad damage rolls (every shot hit!) only two are killed.
End T.L.A. turn
The Bohrok switches to walk mode, grabs all but one of the presents, and heads back towards friendly lines.
Three dimmies sprint out to meet it. Hey, even Dimmies want Saturnalia presents. Although they probably asked for Best-lock, the soulless bastards.
The Bio-Bomb dimmy walks up to the T.L.A. troops. What's he doing?...
Yoink! Until he gets his pants back, the T.L.A. trooper is Disrupted and can't hold his weapon.
End Dimmies' Turn
Their car drives out a bit to get a better field of fire...
An impressive barrage, but the only casualty was the Alien sniper.
End road warriors' turn
Seeing all this action going on far away from them, Bob the Unbuilder turns to his crew. "CAN WE BREAK IT?
" he asks over the thunder of heavy weaponry. "FUCK YES WE CAN!
", his crew replies.
The Killdozer picks up speed, hurtling towards the center of the battlefield.
End Deconstruction Workers' Turn
Black Hat Men
The APC fires on the tank, doing 4 points of damage. The tank has 8 structure points remaining.
The fighter moves forward and targets the Deathmobile, destroying it. None of the Road Warriors died, although most of them were Disrupted. The Ninja, flamethrower guy, and Hero are still on their feet.
The remaining turret fires on my fighter, sapping all but one of its SP. Not good...
Commander Black delivers a rousing speech to his vehicle pilots, granting each of them an extra attack.
Unfortunately they both miss.
End Black Hats' Turn
An R2 droid repairs the VTOL. It's now free for anybody to use.
Another fixes the jetbike after its collision with Warhead's Bohrok.
A third heals the clone bazooka trooper but I don't have a picture of that. His bazooka will need to be reloaded before it fires again. Here's the overview.
