After rolling inits, we're going turns in the following order:
Apollyon-keldoclock-FISH!!!-Robot Monkey-Silverdream-silent-sigfig
(sorry for typos!)
Apollyon's Forces
Apollyon and the infantry squads move closer to the artifact. Then Apollyon shouted at his foes: "I claim this artifact for the Empire!" Go home and your lifes shall be spared this time." - he addressed these lines to the orks.
"You foul creatures however shall expect no mercy from me." - he said this to the undead.
Apparently the Crossbowmen were so psyched from this mighty speech that they woed to do in this fight as good as possible they could (and gained a +1 skill mod, indicated by a gold pip).
Then the cavalry with some lucky rolls reached the orkish ranks, devastating the berserker squad, killing 3 and knocking away 2 who'd spend their turn recovering.
The rest of his troops moved as well.
Fink:
Fink's troops advanced towards the orks.
Rot Walker blasted an ork, who exploded, spraying venomous spew out of him, which killed another ork.
Warboss Force:
The boss tried to infuriate his already angry mob but failed.
This didn't hindered the rest from getting into a good clobberin' with the puny bones.
But due to poor rolls, only 1 skeletal officer died.
The other orkboyz went to aid the shaman.
Shaman's forces:
The shaman incanted a speed enhancing spell, giving an additional 3 inch movement to all of his minions.
Then the green tide blitzed towards the artefact.
Beaky moved as well, and although he successfully used his magik to enhance his casting range, he failed to damage Rot Walker with lightning.
Fabio's team:
Fabio advanced with everything he got.
'Ghoul! I challenge thee! If you think of yourself as a worthy Immortal, then come and fight me, in a gentlemanly duel of two, or crawl back to your slimy rathole if you lack what it takes!'
(successful feat: if Ghoul doesn't accept the challenge, Fabio gets a permanent 1d6 additional armor and +1 skill mod)
Ghoul's forces:
Ghoul ignored the taunt for now and spearheaded towards the artefact and the shaman.
So that was turn 1, here's an overview:

'... pulled down, I kept on falling. Through fire and ice, through worlds and realities, through time and space. I am but a withered husk...'
'Where... where am I?'
'Apparently not at a friendly place... *sigh*'
'OMNOMNOM'
-slash-
'Wha!?'
'Zahru? What the hell are you doing here? And come to think of it, where are we?'
'This is the Abyss where your temporary subordinate dumped you to rot and deteriorate.'
'Then why do you come here and save me?'
'I'm not saving you, you have to save yourself. I admit, you're a real pain in the butt, but if I let the Immortals run amok on Medivo, they could pose a greater threat then you ever will.'
'Why how dare...'
'I don't have time to chat, as my powers are fading already... I managed to bring you some of your troops to this realm. Listen: to return to Medivo, you must acquire the Staff of the Underworld, which is currently possessed by the demon Hellzebub Lucitar.'
'Take this, it might come handy... ironically.'
'So you say if I beat Heltar and take his staff, I got my way back to Medivo? Great, but I still don't understand...'
'Don't have to, 'friend'. The time will come when we face again eventually. Now I must leave.'
Later, at a peninsula...
'Finally I found you Heltar! Give me your staff and I may let you live!'
'Well well, what an amusing little insect. It'll be a pleasure to crush you under my heel.'
New factions unlocked!
Warhead (Warhead):
Seeking to return to Medivo, Warhead is ready to go beyond any limit.
Hellzebub Lucitar and his minions (Bragallot if he agrees):
Current owner of the Staff of the Underworld, the key to Warhead's escape. And he won't give it to anyone as long as he's alive.
