In this game the hobos would wonder around and sometimes interact with the nearest object (opening a crate, shoving someone). If they saw violence they would go into a fenzy themselves.
Shopkeepers would only go violent if someone touches their stuff (hobos have no money, armies never pay).
My army was a mining squad, sent to search the caves dug up near the weapon shop. My hero was the guy in blue, My specialist was the guy in red with a d12 skill was my specialist.
My brother took the inexperienced adventurers, who had set camp on the other side of Brikinville. Their hero was the PC, who is dueling the dwarf in this picture. His specialist was the CC weapons master wearing the jackel helmet.

The PC attemped to jump through the window, and knocked himslf out for a turn. The dwarf kills the hobo.
My brother was not going to let the wand go to waste.

The fire spreads on the weapon shop. The most amazing thing about it was that the fire will all go from fire size 3" to no fire in one turn after 6 points of fire grinding.

Finishing his call the hobo hangs up the phone.
His backup arives on the field. The black knight had heroic stats (without the feats) and a magic sword that would do 1" of knockback for every guy killed with it.
The PC gets revenge on hills fallen ally.
A What I Say Goes roll was used to decide whether or not a CC weapons master could use missiles. I argued that missiles are launched, so not. My brother said that you throw them, so he could. The dice spoke in his favour.
The scroll was a skelleton summing scroll. The dwarf failed to use it correctly and summon the hostile skeletons around himself.

Protomen headshots the mage while the miner swordsman is killed.
My hero backs from combat and shoots the barbarian.
A continued raid of the weapon shop.
A hobo attacks the PC, who decideds not to parry because it is only a hobo.
The error of his ways shows as the hobo slices his neck with exploding dice.
The hobo is given CC weapon master because of this amazing feat (killing a hero with a d4 skill dice)
In a dieing heroic feat the PC kills one of the skeletons.
This fails to save the dwarf.
The black knight walks forward.
A working heroic feat sends the barbarian down the cliff as my hero throws a pickaxe at him.
Protomen takes out the guy with the crossbow.
After being pushed into the random item shop by hobodwarf the miner kills the store owner and shoves the hobo when attacked.
My attempts to kill the CC hobo are useless.

The black knight is a pushover and the skeletons kill him with ease (my brother points out that he was most likely an undead nerd).
Taking his stuff the skeletons go and kill the CC hobo, spawning a new skeleton.

The dwarfhobo crafts a flamethrower durring a fey mood and goes searching for fuel.
Having 100% luck the dwarf finds there is plenty of fuel in the can.
The farmer looses his apples if a failed feat. Sword hobo kills a sheep.
Barbarian collects a shield.
The CC master jumps through the window in his new armour.
A well placed cannon shot starts a grease fire.
The flamethrower proves ineffective.
The sword of attacks claims another victim.
The last of the adventurers gather as the last of the miners gather.
The CC master is killed with ease.
The farmer charges the dwarf.
