The Oktopustika represents the ultimate antithesis of all that is good, natural, and true; in a more specific sense it represents one guy: Shaun "Soulless" Sullivan. It has been known to be closely related to the Space-Nazi faction, which
uses the Oktopustika talisman to incite hatred towards all forms of minority groups in the minds of all who look upon it. It has recently been acquired by Piltogg.
