Chancellor Angela Mercalle is the granddaughter of the original leader of the Space Nazi mission to escape Nehellium and establish a colony in the Magikallenic Cloud, allowing the Space Nazis to rebuild and one day strike back. When the Space Nazis heard of the exploits of the Third Alliance and Piltogg (including his quest for the artifax), the Space Nazis sent a single expeditionary ship with Chancellor Angela to determine if piltogg was of a true ruling bloodline and possibly crown him the führer of the Fourth Space Reich if such was the case.
