Re: I just got me a motorbike thingy
Believe it or not my 125cc can do 65mph quite comfortably in 4th gear without going into 5th. That's good enough to overtake most traffic on a dual carriageway.

Re: Smoke Weed Every Day
Element 420 is great for us scoliosis sufferers. They should legalise it here in the UK.

Nah mate. Being of a certain age, one prefers a cruiser for comfort and I don't think my riding is good enough for off-road yet.Silverdream wrote:Nice. I've always been into dirtbiking. Have you ever tried that?
Would I like to try it? Hell yeah.

I just got me a motorbike thingy
Recently I hit an age commensurate with the meaning of life. For the past six months I have been working so have been saving too. In my job I meet a lot of the local bikers, including a bunch who call themselves the Medway Natives MCC. So I start looking at their cruisers and bobbers, and start droo...

Re: Nexo Knights
I have to confess that I saw the sets and just went "Meh". But it is all down to personal taste.

Re: Useful custom Lego parts sites.
altbricks.com looks interesting. Limited range right now, but they are creating some rather interesting parts.

Re: Treads--Where to get them
In the UK, if it works out at under £45 you do not pay import duties for them. If it is bought in the EU you do not pay import duties for them at all, as you would have paid VAT in the country of origin. As we currently have one of the highest rates of VAT (20%) in the EU, this can work out advantag...

Funnily enough I started another thread about treads here about http://www.altbricks.com tank treads:

They do look interesting for larger tanks...

AltBricks tank treads
I was looking at these over at http://www.altbricks.com and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this manufacturer and their products? http://www.altbricks.com/cart/images/Tread2small.jpg They're $10 for a pack of 200 so well under import duty costs if I pick up a couple of packs. Als...

Re: Feedback on planned army troops
Dark blue or dark red would make a good secondary color. Maybe so, but the cost issue still comes up, plus I really don't like swapping my minifigs arms or legs around. Though it might work as a vehicle color scheme. On http://www.bricklink.com such parts are mere pennies, as Rev. Sylvanus has just...

Re: Ker-triage! And Creatures.
I like the latest idea best for a Ker-Frankenstein! table. As for the "Something goes Awry" subtable, it should only have a handful of options to keep it slim and not slow down the game much at all. I am thinking four or five at most. 1. (critical failure) It runs off and joins the other team (oppos...

Re: Snipers
A simpler way to do my sharp shooter idea would be to do this: Speciality: Sharp Shooter: When a sharp shooter makes a Measured Shot (stays still that turn and shoots, no movement), he gets to use 1d8 instead of 1d6. If he does not stay still that turn he uses the standard 1d6 to hit. Kinda like a G...
