Yes! I finally got a hold of the full game for Yule and have played through just over half of it. And cheesy or not, that game creeps the hell outta me and my friends - I watched one of them run to his car leaving my place after playing for an evening. I think that they captured the desperation and ...

Left 4 Dead

I cannot believe that there hasn't been a post about this game yet! I don't check the site for about a week (wife and new boy are in the hospital) and you all let this little gem slip through your bloody fingertips?!?! I downloaded the demo and have been having a butt-ton-of-fun blasting the hell ou...

So... yeah... If J+B is done spraying the place with piss... Natalya (sorry if I misspelled it)- That ship is f-ing fantastic! Girl or not, that is a brilliant piece of work, period. It's huge, it has a solid color-scheme, it's minifig scale, and the pieces are all chosen wisely. The lasers look lik...

I bought this and my wife and I beat it by playing here and there over the span of about a week. Turned a few of my friends on to it... two of them reached level 80 in two days time.

Great game!

I'd be interested, but I've still had trouble finding fourth edition materials online.

I played the demo for this and was blown away!

I am still working on getting the wife to let me download the full version, so we'll see. I love that you can play co-op (a la TMNT style) online or on the system!

I saw this one the last time I was in the LEGO store and almost picked it up. It is very cool-looking and is an impressive size to boot! There is another Mission to Mars set that they just came out with that has a small-sized mech in it. I just laughed to myself because it reminded me of the hardsui...

Awesome!
Thanks for the detailed pics, HS. Those are frikkin great. There are a lot of special parts that I don't think I have (either in multiples or in matching colors)... but this is definitely going into the "eventually build" folder!

I think that the .50 Cal sniper rifle is typically used for taking out light-armored vehicles and such. Don't get me wrong, they can definitely take out a person... but it would certainly be overkill.
It puts a hole about the size of a small plate in people, that would hardly be subtle.

Yeah, I honestly do. I might do something different with the cargo portion, since I'd be building it for Brik Wars... but it's fantastic!

And different views and zooms would be extremely helpful. Thanks, HS!

Re: Typhonia: The White Inquisition

http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc266/hayhay847/022.jpg Holy crap (no pun intended)... this is awesome! Looks like an official kit set. The rest of the stuff looks great as well, but this beauty... I am so stealing this idea! :D If you could post building instructions and a parts list, that woul...

Yeah, I love how heavily Lucas drew on classic story elements that have been around for such a long time. There are several allusions (not sure if that's the right word here or not) to the old Errol Flynn pirate movies. Episode II even has a shot where two ships pull up side by side and blast each o...

They're video games... It's simple really, if you don't like it - then don't play it. Some may be better than others to you , but everyone else feels the exact same way about the ones they prefer. Just because you don't agree with someone else's choice, doesn't make it less important than yours. The...

They make that as a set??? Why haven't I seen that at the LEGO store?!?! I have only two more questions... Where? How much? EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. Sheesh it's steep... but there is a lot of really cool stuff with it. However, I wonder if the minifigs come glued together already (like the keych...
