Hmmm... a tank with skin for armor? I suppose that means that if my tank were hit it would start spraying blood all over the battlefield. However, that also means that a medik could repair my tank's armor... Image the blood and chaos if all of my vehicles had skin over their armor... That sounds li...

Oh god, I really need to learn how to mod. I'm still kicking around an idea for a Battlefield 2142 mod of Brikwars.

Next part of the RAA

Ok, in a spurt of boredom, I've writted up a small history explaining away why my RAA army is so small when I keep talking about massive amounts of men and machines that can take the field at any one time, so, I present to you... The Fall of the RAA In the 3.13.5036 PW, in the thirtieth year of the ...

<snip> Don't forget your Jihad Jeeps, either. Jeeps! Brilliant! You should see a friend of mine online in BF2142. He has raised Jihading into an art form (And for the record, there are two defintions of Jihad. The real one means 'Holy War'. The gamer one means 'Blowing yourself up in a vehicle load...

Then why are they on the battlefield and not playing in the middle of a 4-way freeway intersection where they belong?

Use them. The point of Brikwars is to get minifigs slaughtered in the most violent fashion possible, so suicide bombers are a must. Don't forget your Jihad Jeeps, either.

Re: Weapons with clip sizes

I recently made a new rule called the clip. It basically is a ranged weapon with a maximum amount of shots it can fire before attempting to reload. When a minifig reloads, he must roll a skill roll equivalent to the ranged weapon's skill roll. Before the start of a game you should decide what the c...

actually, if you think getting a 10,000 ton warship for under a billion dollars is expensive, then you have a LOT of haggling to do my friend. a space shuttle alone is 1.7 billion dollars, and there's an added 450 million per launch in fuel and supplies and whatnot. I reject your logic and substitu...

$899,365,000 total. Jesus, I could get a pair of Dranken -class Cruisers for that! Or a squadron of Obani -class Destroyers. Or 15% of the cost of a Terra -class Battlestar (thirty kilometer long monsters that can throw out more missiles in a single broadside than most Home Defense fleets) And prob...

Personally, I think the comp. games are antisocial and take the fun right out of the hobby. If you don't want to do the painting, modeling and assembling that comes as a package deal with Warhammer, then you shouldn't play it! Go play some cheap WizardsOTC miniature game and blow your brains out wi...

Oh... Interesting. Feel free to stick with Dawn of War, the RTS version of Warhammer 40K. And there is Warhammer: Mark of Chaos, which I haven't played yet. Warhammer Age of Reckoning (WAR) is coming out sometime in the second quarter of '08 after being delayed three times, but their just spending ...

We can't play dodge ball at my school due to everyone one year "aimed for the weak point". This begs the questions: 1.) were there giant enemy crabs? 2.) did hitting the weak point do massive damage? regardless, they hit Z or R to do a barrel roll E3, 2006, Sony Press Conf. why can't it be so simple as a gunhaving 2 or 3 shots per action? that's actually a lot LESS simple than it sounds. 2 or 3 shots per action means you have to re-roll every time you want to take a shot: not only is this tedious, it's slow. The Billingsly system however has taken into account the ext...
