Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)

There is not strategy here, only brikwars But it's a wargame, and all wargames have strategy (except for warhammer aos, just buy all the minis in your faction and you win) Brikwars is more a game of tactics. and slapstick. So, slaptics. It's a slapstikal wargame. Strategy only comes into play if yo...

Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)

Hello, I am playing the game in a way that after firing, any explosive throwing gun needs a turn to reload, that's generaly how I play, is it different in the normal rules though? Each time a Cannon fires, its chamber is emptied and it must be Reloaded before being fired again. As with MachineGuns,...

Re: Armour Wars[WIP]

Initiative In Armour Wars there are no turns and instead, there is the initiative. The player with the initiative is free to move its units around as far as they want and undertake any actions they want. However, there are several situations where the initiative could pass onto the enemy: -If an ac...

Re: Fall of the MoJ: The Kezzler Rebellion

It occurs to me that I could end a lot of headaches just by editing out all the unnecessary punctuation every time TheLEGObrick posts.

Re: BW 2018 Feedback

I'm not sure about grabbing, but I'm going to playtest getting rid of shoving and saying certain weapons can deliver damage dice as concussion dice if chosen. I'll let you know how it goes There's a little bit of that in there already, since all Medium and Two-Handed weapons automatically do 1" of ...

Re: BW 2018 Feedback

If your plan was to simplify, I'm not sure this does the job. HOWEVER - if these rules are more intuitive to you, then absolutely go ahead and use them. These are fine house rules. Shoving and grabbing come up rarely enough that I'm not all that worried about the confusion, and I want to limit how m...

Re: Mecha Hiitler Vs Churchill

Oh god dammit. I'm already seeing a pile of new user registrations from guys like this. You guys realize that inviting your shitposter friends in here to make my job miserable just proves my point of why I have to clamp down on this stuff for my own sanity.

Are you ASSUMING that I'm a Piltogg?
I didn't say that. What I said was that you're eager to post joking-not-joking stuff to offend people. Jumping into every conversation about nazis and getting weirdly excited about pissing people off with fascism is who you are on this forum.

Re: Mecha Hiitler Vs Churchill

This battle is fine, I just want to forestall all the H itler-fans in the audience thinking this means they get to start H itlering it up all over the place as much as they want to here. To clarify: The reason I'm making a point to disclaim jokey mecha- h itler isn't because I think people who want...

Imagine needing a disclaimer for your Lego battle clarifying you don't condone Nazis because otherwise the commie fetishists will ban you for hateful bigotry.
Wow somebody missed the point of that whole thread. Good work

Re: Mecha Hiitler Vs Churchill

Stalin and Pol Pot etc. had all their unconscionable atrocities and genocides, but for whatever reason they've stayed historical figures rather than turning into figurehead symbols for modern hate movements. This battle is fine, I just want to forestall all the H itler-fans in the audience thinking ...

Ben, the main creator of all the Lego in this has signed up and is waiting for approval.
I'm not seeing anybody in the approval queue, so either he's already approved or the anti-spam auto-deleted him for some reason.
