Finale
The battle continues...

"Large warp signature incoming!"
"Heh... looks like we've waited long enough."

Lieutenant Hawkins: "Jump complete. New York dead ahead. Along with a whole bunch of warships."

Captain Fury: "Open fire!"

"Hahaha, yes!"

Lieutenant Hawkins: "Remaining enemy ships are retreating. Should we pursue?"
President Bob the Unbuilder: "No. It's the Immortals we want. I'm going to head down to the surface and meet up with the Pericles crew - meanwhile, stay here and get ready. If Warhead isn't here already, he will be soon."

Re: Battle in the Chat: The Skies of New York [FINALE]
Analysis:
- Broadsides are too weak - In the future, I'll make it so that a single Broadside weapon can fire to either side, and distribute its damage dice at will between both sides. It seems like it's easier to take the first shot with forward arc weapons, so that should balance out the fact that broadsides cover 2x as much total angle.
- Shields are really important. Having fewer than 2 Shields at any time is asking to be focused off the board.
- I may increase the Sensor range increment again, to 4", and see how that works.
- Other than that, I'm happy with the rules as they stand. I'm considering adding more mechanics, like stealth, overheating/strain, jamming, fighters, or torpedoes. Let me know what you're most interested in seeing.
