Yup, your turn was pretty short but it's there.

No, send orders, I don't remember if I did or not.

You sent your orders for this round, as you can see, but if you mean next round, I only require orders once I've posted up the Overwatch and thus finished the round, also for the sake of fairness. I think I'm still waiting on Runny and Ham! Can someone give them a heads up? (can't be bothered)

I don't think so. Either that or I accidentally deleted them like I did Warhead's. Either way I need some now :?

Anyone who sends in orders first can have Grim's Legion, alternately a Falx player could take them over and command the whole force, but I really need some orders quick.

Looking back at this, I suddenly realized why I was having so much trouble with the Bulls: I'm up against Warhead!!!

Know your enemy... Here's the conclusion of Round 2, finally.

White Dragon Knights - Appolyon

Image

"They're wide open! Attack now!" the underhanded Sir Brockram commanded.

Image

The charge was bloody...

Image

Image

Image

Ignoring the combat, Sir Brockram moved back to the wall and attracted the attention of the archers posted there: "Listen up you peasants! You couldn't hit the broad side of a barn if I gave you a cannon!"

Image

"Insolent barbarian!" The Telmarines fired at Sir Brockram, missing him (heroic feat).

Image

The White Dragon Knights then rushed up the wall and each of them entered combat with a Telmarine, who were left without counters thanks to their commander, but no one died yet.

Image

This dragon rider got up.

Image

The other descended down into the fortress. The dragon opened its mouth... and crit failed, so not even a spark came out.

Image

Califax took what little time he had to check one of the chests. "Hmm, gold. Might come in handy for our future campaigns once we conquer this place."

Image

Image

He then clashed blades with a Telmarine.

Image

A heroic feat roll of 1 vs. 6 meant the Summoner's attempted feat completely backfired, decreasing his Legion's armour by 1 until his next turn!

Summoner's Legion - solvess

Image

Two Telmarines fell to counters in combat against the White Dragon Knights, their decreased armour had something to do with it...

Image

Musketeers took aim, desperate to stem the tide of the Kingdom forces encroaching on their stronghold...

Image

Two shots, two kills.

Image

The wall-mounted cannon fired at a purple mage with great accuracy, and while his magic shield blocked the damage...

Image

... the impact knocked him out of the air!

Image

The fall then killed him.

Image

Telmarines moved around and fired at the White Dragon Knights on the walls, but failed to beat their armour.

Image

A marine captain took aim...

Image

Another Urban Guard died.

Image

Califax came out on top in his duel against the Falx Elite.

Image

The Falx then fired, taking a HP off the dragon and killing his rider. Califax survived very, very barely.

Image

The Water Elemental fumbled its attack on the dragon.

Scallywags - Ham701 (he sent orders after all)

Image

"Fire!"

Image

The scatter die saved the Bulls, who were knocked back a little but otherwise unharmed.

Image

The other Scallywags then pushed onward on the bridge, and apparently guns do a better job at killing assassins than Katana's...

Image

Angryface personally shot the head off the survivor of Enemy At The Gates.

Image

A well-aimed shot took down the last of the original bridge defenders. Limited armour and an inability to dodge bullets makes guns one of the assassin's worst possible enemies.

Grim's Legion - RunsWithLegos

Image

As his remaining infantry regrouped and set up a defensive formation (the Infantry Commander didn't make it) Grim dipped his sword in Titan's blood, making it a 2d6 damage weapon. Since no one was close enough to be hit by it, he settled for shooting down the other Purple Mage, something he succeeded in. Something I apparently didn't picture, derp

Image

The lancers needed no more provocation to charge: sadly their charge turned out to be a bit ineffective: only Pablo received a hit. They didn't do bad at all but especially the Bloodknights proved very tough.

Image

The Paladin responded in kind, cutting the lancer who had attacked her in two with ease.

Image

Bloodknights killed one of them as well: the others defended with their swords.

Sir Pablo - RobotMonkey (I received no orders from you so I had to continue with your orders from last round!)

Image

Aided by the damage bonus, Pablo beheaded his adversary.

Image

As the musketeer fruitlessly fought the banner carrier, the rest of Sir Pablo's men moved a little closer but held their fire out of fear of hitting their comrades.

Finally! I almost thought you had abandoned this battle. Now what was my objective again...? ;-)

In case you were serious: you had to claim the keep and the portal for your country, but story-wise the White Dragon Knights were just sent there to die (as you can guess from their limited numbers). So far they're putting on a good show though :)
