How to get back into headbanging
When I was younger, I used to headbang all the time, but now I go to a concert, I have a few beers and I gotta stop in the middle of a song. How do I get my brain to stop being such a pussy?

Train regularly at home. Preferably in front of a large mirror to improve your posing as well.

I did some headbanging at rugby practice today during conditioning. When I was carrying a car wheel over my head across the field, it slipped from my hands and hit me in the forehead, leaving a small gash.
In all seriousness, just practice. At home, at shows, whatever. Work your way up. If you can only do half a song now before having to stop, then go from there, improving a bit each time. Try for 2/3 of the song next and so on. Like anything, doing it consistently over time will bring about improvement.
