I think the best way to conduct this contest is voting via thread replies and then manual counting. I guess silva could theoretically manipulate the results by deleting posts, but at least he wouldn't be able to fabricate any. Other options include voting by editing a wiki page (to prevent mod/admin fraud). Even google doc comment voting (like I did for AN resolutions) and thread polls are better than this Straw Poll website.

If someone spams votes for their own entry, then they're a dickhead and I won't respect them.
Also, don't worry. In addition to a judge being able to vote like a regular person, they also get a vote that counts for 10% of the established vote.
