Hello,
I'm am former Lego addict; I just got back into it after 10 years. A friend of mine gave me a couple of hundred dollars worth of sets that they were going to give to charity, which consequently started me back up again. And after researching some Lego site's I came up on this. I haven't had a BrikWar skirmish yet. (I'm still building an army) But, I read about this competition, and it sounded a fun.
This is my first public MOC and a preview of my formal submission. I'm 85% complete on the external part of my ASHIP(Almost SHIP, 96 studs) and about 20% of the internal(I have 2 1/2 more decks to complete). I hope to have it complete by this weekend. (There will be better quality photos and descriptions)
I accept all criticisms, so feel free; I need to improve on my skill.
Hopefully I have enough time to complete another one before the end of the year.
Thanks.

Sweetsauce!!
It's a little plate-ey in places (such as the turrets), but I love the shape! That's so much of a better capital ship than I could do. Awesome.

I think those stats only apply to non-Mexicans.

That ship is wonderful and has an expert build to it.

well.. not that I could do any better, but I find the turrets looking a bit tacked on/out of place there and I don't particularly like the nose, other than that, AWESOME!
Act first, then think, then try to find a way to cover up the horrible mess you made.

Thanks for the complements & feedback everyone. Yeah Rody is right, the turrets were just tacked on, I'm still trying to figure out how I want the foredeck laid out. I have an idea hopefully it will pan out.
The platy nesses of the turrets are intentional, they are sets of railguns and I hope the detail comes out when I post better pics.
Also pesgores, this isn’t a capital ship, I took a page from Natalya’s SHIP description. If her 150+ stud SHIP was only a corvette, mine which is a bit shorter had to be a smaller class ship. So, it’s designated as a Cutter, but it armament & design is more of a small destroyer. Hopefully some of the ship’s features will be better explained by the description I’m going to post with it.
