How do you organize your bricks?

But most of my pieces and minifigs are on the floor and on my Brikwarring area thanks to a battle I had about 3 weeks ago that I still haven't managed to clean up.

It really sucks though, because if I want to build anything with nearly any bulk at all I need to destroy something else to create it D:
