What happened with my tank? I ordered it to shoot the space raider tripod.

Hello, I am playing the game in a way that after firing, any explosive throwing gun needs a turn to reload, that's generaly how I play, is it different in the normal rules though?Theblackdog wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 12:21 amWhat happened with my tank? I ordered it to shoot the space raider tripod.

Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)
There were about 49 soldiers at the start with several vehicles, 3 more factions are arriving at the end of the next turn though.
Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)
There are 24-26 infantry on the field, and all vehicles are very damaged. It should be possible for infantry to be able to take down most of the vehicles. If not, whoever wins is decided by who has the last vehicle (and maybe the left-side turret that I am actually surprised no one went for.)
Reading turn 2, the current viable power point is the right-side building. But that can go down if a vehicle decides that's an issue.
The centre is just begging for a sniper to sit down and get at least four kills, so getting the infantry out of there (especially when multiple new factions are coming) and leaving it to vehicles is definatly a good idea.
The left really only has the turret, and that could easily have been equal to the right-side building, but the green building is preventing a full on minigun-at-the-end-of-a-corridor style endgame, but would have definatly changed left and centre.
So that's my opinion on what's going on right now, but when the new factions come in, it will definatly change.

Everyone, roll initiative. All npcs immidiatly get a natural 20, everyone else gets a -10000000 on their roll.

I feel like I might lose to someone who is using even the slightest modicum of strategy. Please don’t spawn Leaniz near me.
Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)
There is not strategy here, only brikwars

Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)
But it's a wargame, and all wargames have strategy (except for warhammer aos, just buy all the minis in your faction and you win)

Well, there's plenty of strategy, the best strategy just happens to be running around in a blob and shooting at the closest target
People always argue about yellow vs peach minifigs but I prefer green ones

If you’re thinking, you’re not playing properly
Re: Switzerland Strikes! Turn 2 (many die)
But I already think about stupid stuff, like how Madagascar should be removed from the Risk board and Australia get a new sea line (Maybe from Madagascar?)

Brikwars is more a game of tactics. and slapstick. So, slaptics. It's a slapstikal wargame.
Strategy only comes into play if you're using the Campaigns rules.
