There are rules for short legs? Man, I always just left it at "these guys are shorter" and was done with it...

Yea, it's tough. Every time I try it I get a "divide by zero" error. Dang physicists can't even proof if backward time travel is possible.

Um, the rules are designed so we don't need these things. Although, if you really want to be like that, then give him penalties for climbing/movement/other alternative forms of movement.

If you a super-anorak and have rules for how much weight per (body mass in grams), then give him a penalty for that.

I'd only differentiate shorter/deformed figs if their species/army had special rules like dwarves or house elves.

i think this should be emblazoned on the front of the 2005 rule book. in one sentance, he has captured the essance of both the 01 and 05 rulebooks.
