Following Nelug's Bubble Gum Crisis battle, Team Villain's notorious leader Evil Mastermind (rumored to be none other than Joe Comeau) has sent out a memo describing the results of the Drastic Urban Meltdown 2003 initiative. The announcement includes illustrated narration from the front line.

Meanwhile, Hendo and Teddy staged a battle for Moonbase control over at the OurCon convention. Civilians played a surprisingly non-target-dummy role, but the results of the battle were unchanged, thanks to a quick-thinking soldier's ingenious use of the control tower instruments.
