Stormtroopers vs. The Green Golem

Postby pesgores » Mon May 19, 2008 3:23 pm

Hello there. I am gonna present to you a battle between a giant green golem and a bunch of Stormtroopers, leaded by...Wedge Antilles!

Well, vote on the poll.

Oh, for the golem, i made the following rules:

You must destroy all of its members to destroy the main structure.

Image

THE BATTLE STARTS!

The Green Golem makes a step.
Image

And makes a Kick Attack!
Image

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
Image

And the ST dies.
Image

The Whole team makes a joint attack.
Image

Green Golem looses an arm!
Image

These remaining soldiers try to blow up his remaining arm, but they miss.
Image

It's Green Golem's turn again. He grabs a ST by his head...
Image

"PUT ME DOOOOOWNNN!!!!!"
Image

KA-PLOWEE!!!
Image

"Let's try it again!" says Wedge.
Image

And Golem looses another arm.
Image

And looses his left leg.
Image

It's Golem turn again.
Image

He makes a jump.
Image

ZOMG!!! HE JUST THREW HIMSELF TO THE GROUP OF STORMTROOPERS AND WEDGE, KILLING THEM ALL!!! AND SURVIVES!!!
Image

A trooper gets Wedge's minigun. All remaining troops sorround his last leg.
Image

His last leg is destroyed.
Image

Golem is ready to be killed...or is he?
Image

OH NOES!!! GOLEM PREFERS TO SELF-DESTRUCT RATHER THAN BEING KILLED BY SOME FILTHY ENEMY TROOPERS!!!
Image

A loss for both sides, i would say. The state of the battlefield after the end:

Pretty awesome. How the hell do you detach minifig legs from the waist piece? I can't for the life of me figure out how.

I hate to be a rules lawyer, but the rules clearly state that a fiery explosion ending all life on the battlefield is a victory for ALL sides.

Though I do see how that would make it difficult to decide the contest winner.

At least it's easier than taking their arms. You sure you already tried?

I think that the arms detatch easier, the can't hold the legs that well to pull them off.

Or truly bizarre. I've never heard of a self-destruct device on a golem.

Good news everyone! I was able to take off the legs from one of my minifigs this morning. I certainly feel more of a man than I did yesterday.

The story just began...i'll make countless sequels, each one revealing a portion of Green Golem's story. Stay tuned!

Dude, I had enough STR to take the legs off of figs when I was eight.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.
