They are proto-figs. Legos try (or Hospitals 555) at making the first minifigs, an horrible experiment, that ended with some very fruitful results :twisted:

Looks finished, but still WIP since there's other stuff I'm thinking of adding. Silhouetted Ho Ho Hos behind Manly Santa, silhouetted skellies behind Zombie Lincoln, and maybe j+b's head dangling from Warhead's outstretched hand there.

I think the j+b head would be too much of a focus. I would put a little something for Warhead's pants though, maybe those Space Police 3 bad guy pants? Or at least the knee pads from them.

I've already got a pretty good pair of pants for him on the model figure, I'm not sure where they're from but they're black with a metallic red sash across the front. If I don't do the j+b head I'll put those in instead.

EDIT: Nice wiskers on Zombie Lincoln btw, I'll need to try that and his gun too. I'm also going to change Undead Army leader Warhead to this, it's a far cooler look.

Wonder if this will cause another minor outburst like the one that got the Zombie Lincoln armoury post stickied about how Zombie Lincoln wasn't my idea (although I did do much of the work that made him who he is today...) So, thanks for that too Stubby.

Wow, that is grand and very well done. MFS looks like he is about to whoop your ass for looking at him the wrong way, Warhead looks like he is overlooking a conquest, and Zombie Lincoln looks like he is getting ready to gun down a crowd. I can't decide who I like best.

I couldn't remember if anyone had done that for Lincoln before, it's a regular beard turned backwards and gives him a 90s-superhero-style ponytail in the back. Unless you take an xacto knife to the part, I guess, but that's not my style.

The Warhead look on the other hand I mostly ripped off from Zahru, definitely the hat and raggedy-ass cape at least.
