The person who made that is 100% gold plated batshit insane, I'm so jealous. I mean, I'm mad but even I couldn't compare to this level of gibbering checker eating window licking mentality. That city is the only scale for a brikwar, and the deployment of the tactical nuke rules. Sheer genius! I want one.

Instead of calculating it's damage you just jump where the nuke hits.
