EDIT: Just so everyone's aware (and in case anyone cares), I'm not yet allied with either the Immortals, Assyrians, or the Third Alliance. I guess that makes me like a wild card or (if it comes down to it) a tie-braker if there was ever a need for it.

First, list two countries that you think should be permanent members.

Then, list your top ten countries to be temporary, rotating members.

My factions (Inquistadores and Neo-Prussians) have probably been in the most battles since the Immortal War started and I've done 3 battles myself so far, including many of the main factions... also especially the Prussians have become a strong force in their own right with 5 MOCs (not even counting the microspace) and a large number of troops so far. So I believe my guys deserve votings, even if it doesn't matter so much.

-Peach factions receive preference
-Factions with no involvement in the immortal war will receive preference.
-Factions with “unique” real-world inspiration will be given preference (ie it would be stupid to have Akkadia, Bavaria, Prussia, etc. so)
-Third Alliance Members will be given preference.
-(Only for rotating) Smaller factions will be given preference.
-(Only for permanent) bigger factions will be given preference.
-Factions created by more active members will be given preference.
