Hell, Blitzen, I sometimes believe six impossible things before breakfast! (which makes sense, because that's the deadly combination of REM and showertiem, which is the point wheeee I don't have access to my sketchbook.) Seeing the reception that the idea of a dev team all our own got people rather excited, but how do we expect to task six ADD teenagers on a single project? My guess is that it involves explosions, but yours is as good as mine.

I, as of this moment, have an inkling of a thought on various levels, involving fluid 2D dueling, interesting, simplified MMORP'G' mechanics, plenty of shiny weapons- in the multiverse of the Brikwars Meta. That's a bit far fetched, though, as most of mine tend to be, but we could certainly give something a shot. So, again- any ideas?

I've got several, but they'd be really ambitious for a first project.
6. Futuristic RTS with both individual and squad level combat (I've got a system, but only time will tell if it will work), weapon customization, vehicles, and so on like Bonn-o-Tron.
7a. Cyberpunk third person shooter/RPG inspired by the Bourne Trilogy (mostly Bourne: Identity)
8. Steampunk RPG with land and airship combat and deep character interaction
9. First-person survival horror with an emphasis on survival set in an post-apocalyptic open-world environment.
I've several pages of stuff for each of these, but none of the documents are complete.
Really, I'd suggest that we look to other ideas first. Also, I'm told that multiplayer is really complicated.

Second, I apologize, but I was a bit confused by everyone posting about their meager programing skills...
So... what are we doing here?

This. I'd be happy to churn out ideas for this, and possibly design things.

I've got a few ideas for this one:

6. Daytime is spent scavenging for food, clean water, ammunition and avoiding other humans/mutants. Perhaps similiar to the road in both lack of resources and lack of explanation as to why the apocalypse happened.
7. Many games and movies show humanity scraping by in the post apocalypse, I think we should do this to an extent(where you start near a bartertown only to see it destroyed and the people massacred, you are forced to hide and watch the people get snuggled/eaten alive/tortured to death). You spend the rest of the game trying to escape whatever destroyed that town, scavenging for weapons that are basically useless(a gun with two bullets, a hunting knife etc.) and trying to survive.
8. We have the character see really horrible things along the way.

Sign me up too. I have all sorts of unused drawings and ideas and scenarios from the Cossackia campaign that never was.

Alrighty. I need to check in with two people who helped me with it. I'll most likely post stuff tomorrow.

Since you're yelling and not talking, I'll call you whatever the hell I want to, Flyboy.

As for the Steampunk bit, The Difference Engine should be read. Context-sensitive flowing combat would be cool too. Keep in mind that anything I'm saying in terms of game ideas is all off the top of my head- and let's stick to 2D for now, maybe?
