That's expensive. And probably Dobby minifigs are a bit rare. However, i saw a Leia minifig worth 80$, so...

dobbies only came in a very few harry potter sets, so yeah. rare.

On Bricklink, the cheapest I saw were 2.95, while the most expensive were 10 dollars.
