The Noricum Empire denies supplying Slavajevo with arms and weaponry. The war between Kaisertum Norreich and Cossackia is over. Let us bury the hatchet and move on to more important matters.

Second, the ships of unknown origin in the GU must be identified.
Third, We shall discuss the affairs of the southern colonies.
And finally, Gotland and New Scandinavia have not sent a delegation. Gotland has already expressed negative opinions regarding other nations. We must determine if they are hostile and if a policing action or sanctions need to take place."

By the way, I'm building the map for this scenario. Hope everyone brought their spies.

No factions characters can be killed unless its okay with the player.
Sneaking your soldiers into Noricum is a grave offense and shows the rest of the world how mistrustful you are. Also, you're in my capitol city and I will blow your people to pieces with my tanks.

Ok. Here's my faction, the Palus Federation.

Normal, Anti-armor, Comms, SpecOps, Pilot. I'm not sure whether the trooper's color scheme or the anti-armor's one is better.

The KL-23 Assault Rifle with a Grenade Launcher, it is used by the military forces of Palus due to it's ability to clip on many attachments and it's ease of maintenance.
The KL-33 Assault Rifle with a Bigger 'Nade Launcher, it is used only by Special Operations troops.
The SD-58 Rocket Launcher, it is used by troopers as a easily usable an loadable anti armor weapon.

About the colors, they can change depending on the terrain. Green can be their dress uniform or jungle colour while anything else can be for everything else.

"I am Ambassador Hoffs of the Gelid Union. We happen to be a rather reserved British nation if you consider comparing us to the world of humans. As for the unidentified ships no insignias or other markings were found that could have helped us identify the nation or group behind them and they were of an unknown manufacture. We believe that if those not here for the negotiations are not responsible, then there must be a rebel or mercenary group outside of our current knowledge that is making expeditions out into GU waters.

As for Gotland and New Scandinavia, It is possible that the force behind the mysterious ships that appeared in GU waters may have them at full alert and entrenched in caution."

"I am willing to send a few of my ships to investigate the unidentified vessels in the GU. While I suspect it may be Cossackia making its rounds, we can not take any chances. There may be terrorists there looking for resources up there.
New Scandinavia has not sent any communiques to us in a while. There may be civil unrest in the region and if that is the case, we will need to create a task force to intervene.

It would take over a week to go from Cossack waters into the GU. Therefore Cossackia will not send any ships.
