ok, maybe there are some things you still have to do. but otherwise you can just do whatever you want.

heck, if I decided I wanted to bombard someone with rubber ducks then I'd be able to do it.

Yea, but there's this little part inbetween being a kid and being an adult who can do whatever that you have to go through. You CAN NOT do whatever you want. I don't like that.

If you're under 18, your parents still have legal jurisdiction over you, so you can't REALLY do whatever you want. But you don't have to work, so you get more free time and play.

If you're over 18, you can legally do whatever you want so long as it doesn't break the law, but of course you have to get a job, and finish college most likely, so you've got a LOT less free time.

So it's kinda mixey-wixey.

How'd this thread degrade into a discussion about this anyway?

Well, I don't really WANT to do anything that my parents would have a problem with, so so the whole under 18 thing doesn't pertain to me, heh.

And I have to get a job and college and stuff, but I don't want to, so I can't do whatever I want, blecht.

Being at college and in a dorm, I'm pretty damn sure you can do whatever you want. I mean... I basically do. Like I take care of business and go to my job and crap, but when I don't have homework? It's definitely time to throw things belligerently.
